Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (18:45 - 07:15)
Description: L&D Nights RN 3x12 hour night shift, LDRP 6:45p-0715a Start date: 3-4 weeks per compliance tier, biweekly start dates Ratios: We follow AWHONN guidelines for staffing ratio. It is dependent upon what stage of labor or induction method the patient is on. Postpartum is 1: 3-4 couplets. Years of experience REQ: 2 Weekend REQ: Every other weekend Certs REQ: ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate, BCLS, NRP Is on-call REQ? N Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes between Belleville and Shiloh Open to accommodating block schedule? N Locals accepted: N What is the local radius rule? 75 Miles Pending License accepted: No RTO Restrictions: no more than 7 days within contract Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week for 3-12s Special Requirements: LDRP Type of Facility: Acute Care Hospital Magnet Hospital Total Staffed Beds: 18 on unit. 97 in facility.
