Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to laboring and post-partum mothers.
• Attend to patients with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:3.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients' conditions.
• Administer and monitor prescribed medications and treatments.
• Prepare and assist in cesarean sections and other procedures.
• Facilitate effective communication with care team and patients' families.

Qualifications

• Valid CA Registered Nurse license.
• Minimum of 2 years of labor and delivery experience required.
• Certifications: ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate, BLS, NRP.
• Proficiency in using Epic charting system.
• Ability to float between like units as needed.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
