• Follow work instructions, safety rules, and GMP standards
• Support production goals set by the Shift Coach
• Operate and maintain production equipment (forklift as needed)
• Keep work areas and equipment clean and sanitary
• Collect product samples and perform basic quality checks
• Complete required documentation
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Able to work in a food manufacturing environment
• Previous food manufacturing experience preferred
• Basic English communication skills
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Basic math and recordkeeping skills

Physical & Work Requirements

• Prolonged standing, bending, and lifting (up to 75 lbs)
• Ability to work around machinery, chemicals, and solvents
• Work environment may be hot, cold, dusty, or humid

• Forklifts and material handling equipment
• Basic office equipment (computer, calculator)
