Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position in California, requiring a CA RN license, Advanced Fetal Monitoring certification, and night shift availability.

Details

• Labor & Delivery unit in a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Cares for laboring patients as well as newly delivered mothers and newborns
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active California RN license required
• Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, NRP (Provider), and Advanced Fetal Monitoring
• Minimum 2 years of L&D experience required
• Must be comfortable caring for both newborns and postpartum mothers
• 2 supervisor references obtained within the past year required for consideration

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for the travel pay rate
• Former employees of the health system must have been separated for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler
• Only 1 holiday RTO request will be approved for the duration of the contract
