RN – Labor & Delivery | South Dakota

Shift:

• 12hr variable (days/nights, 0630–1830)
• Every other weekend

Unit:

• 10 L&D beds | Level III NICU
• High-risk + low-risk patients

Requirements:

• 2+ years L&D (Level III preferred)
• BLS, NRP (ACLS preferred)
• EPIC experience preferred
• Must be comfortable with couplet care + newborns

Experience Needed:

• High-acuity labor (preeclampsia, preterm, <35 weeks)
• C-sections (circulate & recovery)
• IV starts, meds (mag, insulin, blood), fetal monitoring

Ratios:

• Active labor 1:1 | Inactive 1:2 | Antepartum 1:3 | Postpartum 1:3

Schedule/Other:

• No call | Holidays as needed
• 4-day orientation
• Free parking
