Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Labor & Delivery position in Dallas, TX, requiring at least 1 year of L&D experience and active TX or compact RN licensure.

Details

• Night shift position: 6:45 PM – 7:00 AM (19:00–07:00)
• Schedule is 3x12-hour shifts per week
• 13-week contract
• Labor & Delivery unit in a hospital setting
• Charting system: Epic (experience required)
• May be exposed to COVID-positive patients

Requirements

• Active TX RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
• BSN degree preferred
• Current BLS certification required (American Heart Association or Red Cross accepted)
• NRP certification required (NALS also accepted)
• ACLS certification required
• Basic or AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Heart Monitoring certification preferred
• Minimum 1 year of L&D experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• DOB and SSN required for consideration

Additional Information

• Mother-baby, postpartum, and vaginal examination experience is a plus
• Navy or royal blue scrubs required
• Local candidates are welcome to apply
• Flu shot, PPD, drug screen, and other onboarding documents should be provided as early as possible
