Seven Healthcare is pleased to present an excellent opportunity for a Travel Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse in Dickson, Tennessee. This assignment includes a weekly blended rate of $1,900, based on three 12‑hour night shifts. This role is ideal for an experienced L&D nurse who is committed to providing safe, compassionate, and evidence‑based care to mothers and newborns during labor, birth, and immediate postpartum recovery.

Key Responsibilities of the L&D RN
Provide expert nursing care throughout labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum periods
Monitor fetal heart rate patterns, contractions, and maternal vital signs
Assist providers during vaginal births, C‑sections, and obstetric emergencies
Administer labor‑related medications including oxytocin and analgesia support
Educate patients and families on labor expectations, postpartum care, and newborn basics
Collaborate with obstetricians, midwives, NICU staff, and anesthesia teams
Document all care accurately in compliance with hospital standards
Maintain strict adherence to safety, infection‑control, and emergency protocols
Requirements of the L&D RN
Active Tennessee RN license or compact eligibility
Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
Minimum 2 years’ recent Labor & Delivery experience
