CDL A Hazmat Driver - Touch Freight - $32 Per Hour + $2,000 Sign-on Bonus
TransForce is seeking a CDL A Hazmat driver to support local operations based in Scotia, NY.
CDL A Details

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3-7am Start time
- Pay: $32 Per Hour depending on experience+ $2,000 Sign-on Bonus
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,300 - $1,400

Route Type: Local

Freight / Load Type: Hauling bleach, floor strippers, hand sanitizer, etc.

Equipment: 2025 trucks, automatic transmissions

Handling: pallet jack unload
CDL A Minimum Requirements:
-
License: CDL A
-
Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience

Endorsements: Hazmat obtained within 90 days
-
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)

Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
CDL A Responsibilities:
-
Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes
-
Transport bleach, floor strippers, hand sanitizer, etc. in accordance with DOT and company safety standards

Perform required handling tasks including breaking down pallets

Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
-
Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
-
Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
-
Meet the physical demands of the role, including (lifting, climbing, strapping, tarping, etc., if applicable)
