Profiles will include location, number of beds, patient rations, and other unique details to assist recruiting professional in effectively and efficiently identifying highly qualified staff. Tell us about the unit(s):
· Number of Beds -32
· Number of Staff – 150
· Patient Ratios – 1:2
· Type of equipment – Novii, JADA, Fetal Pillow, IUPC, FSE, Toco, US
· EMR – Meditech
Skill Set Most recruited for: RN
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
· EFM, ACLS, BLS, NRP, SVE competency, C-Section circulation
· 2+ nursing experience in L&D
- Active RN license
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
· Internal monitor placement competency
· Previous HCA assignment/employments
· Experience in Level IV unit (high volume unit)
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
· SVD/ cerclages/C-Sections/TOLAC
