Education and Experience: Candidates must have graduated from an accredited nursing program or possess at least five years of acute care nursing experience if the program is not accredited. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred or required within five years of hire, with advanced degrees considered for accelerated program enrollees.
Licensure and Certifications: Active Registered Nurse licensure is required. Area-specific certifications should be obtained and maintained as necessary.
