Additional desired experience with level 1 nursery and lactation.UNIT DESCRIPTION:Approximately 1450 births/year, large midwifery practice, water labor and water births, birth slings, intermittent monitoring, epidurals, C/S (circulate), Baby Friendly. Ideal fit is someone who desires to support physiologic birth (Low C/S and epidural rate) Couplet care, level 1 nursery (stabilize and/or transfer). Block scheduling, only if staffing allows.
