Shift: 12H Nights, 19:00-07:00, every other weekend, first to float

Job Description:
The RN in Labor/Delivery will be responsible for providing care to laboring mothers, managing high-risk deliveries, circulating and recovering C-Section patients, and floating to postpartum and other units as required.
Responsibilities:

• Manage care for normal and high-risk laboring mothers following AWHONN guidelines
• Circulate and recover C-Section patients
• Float to postpartum and other units as needed

Requirements:

• BLS, ACLS, AFM, and NRP certifications required
• Experience with internal monitor placement and high-risk laboring/delivery patients
• Ability to confidently perform vaginal exams and read fetal monitor strips
• Proficiency in administering and titrating Magnesium Sulfate, Pitocin, Insulin, and Heparin drips
