Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, L&D to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage labor and delivery, ensuring safe birthing experiences for patients.
• Provide postpartum care and respond to immediate neonatal needs.
• Implement and monitor fetal monitoring systems effectively.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
• Support breastfeeding and educate new parents on newborn care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using Epic systems.

Qualifications

• Current and active RN license in the state of Wisconsin.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Labor & Delivery required.
• BLS & NRP certifications mandatory; proficiency with Epic charting required.
• Experience with antepartum, postpartum, and newborn care essential.
• First-time travelers welcomed, must fulfill every third weekend rotation.
• Capability to perform IV therapy and administer medications.
