Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our Labor and Delivery department. The ideal candidate will have charge experience and must be skilled in labor, delivery, postpartum, and neonate care. You will work with a dedicated team of seasoned nurses while providing high-quality care to our patients.

Responsibilities

• Manage labor and delivery processes, ensuring safety and care quality.
• Assess and transition newborns post-delivery.
• Handle OB emergencies, including shoulder dystocia and postpartum hemorrhage.
• Conduct daily rounding on all patients for safety and patient experience.
• Utilize advanced skills in fetal monitoring and medication administration, including Pitocin and Cervidil inductions.
• Perform C-sections, circumcisions, and other related procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• BLS and NRP certifications necessary.
• Fetal Monitoring training required.
• Prior experience in labor and delivery is a must.
