What You'll Do:   

You'll be a key player as our Driver Helper; you will assist the driver with performing daily delivery functions as directed by the Supervisor. Accompany the driver in the passenger seat of the commercial vehicle. Load and unload product at customer locations according to product invoices, customer expectations, and Company policy by hand, hand truck, or electric pallet jack. Assist the driver in maneuvering the vehicles safely as needed, and assist in completing paperwork as needed. Schedule will include work on weekends and/or holidays.

• Unload product according to customer specifications and QCD delivery procedures at customer locations.
• Assist the driver by handling, organizing,g and securing inbound and outbound products, including empty trays, crates, totes, and pallets
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent, courteous service.
• You will count and calculate the quantity of the product to verify the accuracy of shipments
• Will read labels and or printing on product containers and associated documents
• Assist the driver in maneuvering the truck "afely b"" ely by ""potting" and guiding the driver as needed
• Always operate within safety procedures
• Complete any other functions that may be needed.
• Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
• Ability to work in ambient temperatures, including 3 temperature compartments in the trailer and outside temperatures.

• Ability to work independently and in cooperation with others
• Ability to maintain professional customer service relationships while reconciling overages, shortages, and damages consistent with the essential job functions
• Ability to manage complaints with professionalism and efficiency
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
• Always maintain a clean work environment

  Schedule & Setting:   

• Full-time 
• Shift: Primarily a 4-day work week, 4/10hrs 
• Weekend and holiday availability required  
• Physically active role with repetitive lifting to 50+ lbs and standing/walking for extended periods  

  Pay & Benefits:   

• Pay: Earn Up To $22/ hr. 
• Weekly pay  (every Friday)
