Location: Elk City, Oklahoma (Onsite)

Hours: 36-40 Hours per Week
Shift Details:
• 12-Hour Shifts
• Day or Night shifts based on scheduling needs
• Rotating schedule as required
This is a backfill position for an experienced OB/L&D nurse in a rural hospital setting.
The RN will be responsible for providing comprehensive labor and delivery care and must be comfortable working independently as the sole L&D nurse on shift .
Must-Have Qualifications
• Minimum 1-2+ years of RN experience in Labor & Delivery
• Active Oklahoma RN License (Required prior to start)
• BLS Certification (Required)
• NRP Certification (Required)
• Strong knowledge of maternal and newborn care
• Ability to work independently / solo coverage
Preferred Qualifications
• ACLS Certification (Preferred)
• Advanced Fetal Monitoring (FHM) Certification (Preferred)
• Experience in rural or critical access hospital settings
• Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills
Work Environment
• Labor & Delivery Unit
• Onsite role in Elk City, OK
• Solo coverage model for L&D
Additional Requirements
• Must be comfortable working independently as the only L&D nurse
• Must be flexible with day/night rotating shifts
• Ability to manage labor, delivery, and newborn care independently
• Must comply with all clinical and regulatory standards
