Job Description:
The Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery is responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in the labor and delivery unit, managing labor and delivery of high-risk OB patients, and ensuring a smooth recovery of birthing patients and newborns. This position requires EPIC experience and strong skills in fetal monitoring and labor management in a high-acuity setting.
Responsibilities:

• Manage labor and delivery of high-risk OB patients.
• Triage OB patients and perform cervical checks.
• Circulate in the operating room as needed.
• Interpret fetal monitoring strips and provide immediate care to newborns.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of labor and delivery experience with travel experience preferred.
• Current BLS, NRP, and Intermediate FHM (AWHONN) certifications.
• Experience with EPIC electronic medical records.
• Proficiency in using Alaris CareFusion IV pumps and monitoring equipment.
