Travel Nurse RN - Labor and Delivery - $2,376 per week

Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery  
Location: Largo, Maryland 
Duration: 13-week contract (Night shift: 3x12 hrs, 7:30 PM – 8:00 AM)

• Provide care to laboring mothers and newborns in a busy L&D unit (100–200 births/month)
• Assist with vaginal deliveries and circulate for C-sections
• Monitor fetal heart activity (EFM) and manage obstetrical triage
• Administer medications including Pitocin, Magnesium Sulfate, and insulin drips
• Manage postpartum care , pain control (epidurals/PCA), and hemorrhage/shock cases
• Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years L&D experience
  • No first-time travelers accepted
  • BLS, NRP, STABLE required
  • MD RN License required
  • Experience with Epic preferred
• Work Environment:
  • Patient ratio 1:2 (up to 3 for low acuity)
  • Every other weekend required
  • Floating required within specialty
