Holiday Requirement

⏰ Hours & Scheduling
• NBO: 16 hours
• EMR: EPIC

Pay Multipliers
• OT/Holiday: 1.15x
• Callback: 1.5x with 2-hour minimum
• On-Call Pay: $9/hr
• Charge/Preceptor Pay: $6/hr

OT Rules
• 36-40 hr contracts → OT after 40 hrs
• 48 hr contracts → OT after 48 hrs
