Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for laboring patients and manage delivery room procedures.
• Administer care to newborns immediately after delivery.
• Circulate and recover post-cesarean section patients effectively.
• Document patient information using CPN and Meditach systems.
• Collaborate with unit staff including unit secretaries and OR techs.
• Participate in a shared decision-making model for patient experience initiatives.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Tennessee.
• Minimum of 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience.
• Certification in AWHONN Intermediate, ACLS, BLS, and NRP.
• Proficiency in care of laboring patients and operating room procedures.
• Experience with various delivery procedures including vaginal, c-sections, and cerclage.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic clinical environment with floating requirements.
