Job Title: Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery (Travel)
Shift: Day Shift (06:00 AM – 06:30 PM)
Schedule: 3x12s | 36 hours/week
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum stages
• Monitor maternal and fetal conditions during labor
• Assist with deliveries and provide immediate newborn care
• Perform newborn stabilization and support neonatal needs
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families on postpartum and newborn care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of Labor & Delivery experience required
• Strong labor experience with postpartum competency
• Experience with newborn stabilization (STABLE skills)

Education & Certifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active California RN License
• BLS (AHA) – Required
• NRP – Required
• ACLS – Preferred
• STABLE – Strongly Preferred
• AWHONN Fetal Monitoring Certification (must obtain within 6 months if not already certified)
