Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Labor & Delivery to join our team on a part-time, on-site basis. This role involves utilizing clinical judgment to perform thorough assessments, prioritize patient and family needs, and develop individualized nursing care plans that promote positive outcomes.
Education: A valid RN license and relevant nursing education are required to provide safe and effective care in a maternity setting.
Experience: Prior experience in labor and delivery nursing is preferred, with a strong foundation in clinical reasoning and patient advocacy.
Requirements: The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to evidence-based practice, quality improvement, and compassionate care. Responsibilities include managing physical and emotional pain, fostering therapeutic relationships, and respecting diverse cultural and spiritual backgrounds.
