Job Description:

Registered Nurse required for Labor & Delivery unit to provide care for high-risk and low-intervention laboring patients. Responsible for managing labor patients and associated care as part of a dynamic medical team.

Responsibilities:

• Care for pregnant patients in active and inactive labor.
• Manage postpartum and couplet care.
• Perform IV starts, cervical checks, phlebotomy, and administer medications.
• Engage in EPIC charting and manage C-section circulations and recovery.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with South Dakota Board of Nursing approval.
• BLS and NRP certification required; ACLS and other certifications preferred.
• Experience with EPIC charting and high-acuity labor patients.
• Level 3 or higher Labor and Delivery experience preferred.
