RN – L&D / Mother Baby | 12H Nights (Fri/Sat wknds) | 36hrs GTD | 2+ yrs LDRP exp required (No first-time travelers) | BLS, ACLS & NRP required (FHM preferred) | EMR: EPIC | Ratios 1:2 L&D, 1:3–4 couplets | High-volume unit (150–180 births/month) | Must handle deliveries independently, C-sections (circulate), newborn transition | Must titrate drips (Mag, Pitocin, Insulin) | 24/7 in-house OB, anesthesia & NNP | Floating within unit (L&D ↔ Postpartum, no NICU float) | Every other weekend + holiday rotation | Standby (45 min response) | Scrubs provided | 2 references required at submittal | Block scheduling available | Orientation: EPIC class + 2–3 shifts on unit
