Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a 13-week Labor & Delivery night shift travel contract in Austin, TX, requiring active fetal monitoring certification and a minimum of 1 year of L&D experience.

Details

• Labor & Delivery unit in a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Requirements

• Active TX or Compact RN license required
• Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience required
• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted)
• Intermediate or Advanced AWHONN Fetal Monitoring certification or NCCEFM required
• NRP Advanced (9th Edition) certification required (American Academy of Pediatrics card)
• No certification may expire within the first 30 days of the contract start
• US SSN and date of birth required for consideration
• One professional reference required (two required if licensed in FL or MO)
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible
