TransForce is seeking CDL-A Drivers  to support regional operations based in Myerstown, PA.  This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.
CDL-A Direct Hire Driver  Details:

• Schedule:  Driver will work Mon-Fri / 6 am start time, will be out all week, home weekends. After training, the driver may take the equipment home. 
• Pay:  $75k-$110k per year
• Route Type:  Regional
• Freight / Load Type:  Furniture   
• Equipment:  CDL-A tractor-trailer, dry van, automatic
• Handling:  Heavy touch

CDL-A Direct Minimum Requirements:

• License:  CDL-A  
• Experience:  at least 9 months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience. 
• Endorsements:  None
• Equipment Experience:  CDL-A tractor-trailer experience, 
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements

CDL-A Driver  Responsibilities:

• Safely operate equipment on regional or local routes
• Transport furniture to different commercial and residential customer locations in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
• Light touch position, drivers will assist with loading/unloading as needed. Will unload products by hand (rolling cages) or using a hand cart/dolly if needed.
