RN - Labor and Delivery (L&D)
Shift: 3x12 Nights (19:00 - 07:30)
Description: L&D RN License pending ok. Must be able to complete AK RN license application within 48 hours of signing (including submitting FPs, app fee, license application submittal). Must have AK RN license in hand for Auto Offer. Assignment Length - 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP Shifts Per Week: 3 Scheduled Hours: 36 Years of Experience: 2 First Timers Accepted: Yes Certs REQ: BLS, ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate and Advanced, NRP Skills REQ: Per UD, Charge Experience Preferred or willing to train as charge Is on-call REQ: No Weekend REQ: Yes - every other Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs?: If needed may float to like units Open to accommodating block schedule?: No Locals Accepted: No - Candidates perm address must be at least 50 miles from facility Pending License Accepted: Yes, but must have license in hand for Auto Offer RTO Restrictions: Time off approved on an individual basis upon offer. All RTO must be included in submittal Guaranteed Hours: 60 Hours per 2 weeks - Traveler can be called off for 1, 12-hour shift per 2 weeks
Unit Information OB Triage/ Testing 5-10 7-14 LD/Antepartum High Risk LD unit. 10 OB Triage Room, 10 LDR Room, 3 OR suites, 4 PACU room. Average Daily Deliveries around 7 but often have up to 14 patients with inductions and high risk antepartum. OB Triage averages 4-5 third trimester testing patients as well as an influx of triage patients each day
