Job Description

Join a compassionate healthcare team providing direct patient care and support under the guidance of licensed nursing staff. This role emphasizes safety, effective communication, and teamwork across various departments including Medical, Emergency, ICU, Imaging, and Obstetrics. Responsibilities include vital sign monitoring, specimen collection, assisting with patient hygiene and mobility, and supporting specialized procedures such as vaginal and cesarean deliveries.
Education: Completion of one of the following is required: nurse assistant training program, six months nurse assistant experience, EMT or Advanced EMT experience, or successful completion of the first semester of nursing school clinicals covering basic skills.
Experience: Preferred candidates have at least one year of nurse assistant experience in an acute care setting and hold CNA certification. Phlebotomy Technician (PBT) certification through ASCP is a plus.
Requirements: Must have Healthcare Provider BLS certification from AHA or ARC before starting. Strong communication, multitasking, and computer skills are essential. Candidates should demonstrate integrity, compassion, accountability, respect, and excellence in patient care and teamwork.
