Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, Labor and Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care for high-risk labor and delivery patients.
• Circulate for Cesarean section and perform related surgical duties.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.
• Utilize Epic for accurate charting and documentation.
• Maintain proficiency in fetal monitoring and labor management.
• Adhere to facility policies and protocols while providing exceptional care.

Qualifications

• Valid California RN license in hand.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Labor and Delivery experience required.
• Certification in BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate required; AWHONN Advanced preferred.
• Prior experience in large hospital settings is highly preferred.
• Not accepting first-time travelers; prior travel experience is necessary.
• Ability to work 3 of the 5 major holidays as per hospital requirements.
