RN - Labor and Delivery Nurse

Job Summary: Provide compassionate, patient- and family-centered nursing care in a supportive environment that upholds professional nursing standards and fosters relationship-based care. This role follows guidelines such as the ANA Code of Ethics, Nursing Process, and regulatory standards to deliver exceptional care in acute settings including labor and delivery.

Education and Experience:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent experience with at least five years in acute care if from a non-accredited program.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred or required within five years of hire; enrollment in an accelerated MSN program is acceptable.
• Completion and maintenance of area-specific certifications such as ACLS, BLS, and PALS.

Licensure and Certifications:

• Active Registered Nurse license as required by the state nursing board.

This position offers a full-time night shift schedule in a regional healthcare setting within the Midwest United States.
