Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, L&D to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care in a 10-bed unit with 5 labor and delivery rooms and 5 postpartum rooms.
• Administer medications and assist in obstetric procedures, including amniocentesis and C-section circulation.
• Educate and support new mothers with lactation and newborn care, including breastfeeding support.
• Operate and monitor equipment such as external fetal monitoring and radiant warmers.
• Maintain patient records and report observations using EPIC charting systems.
• Respond to emergency situations promptly, utilizing ACLS and BLS certification skills.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Colorado or a compact state.
• Minimum 2 years of L&D experience, including circulator experience for C-sections.
• Certifications in NRP, ACLS, BLS, and AWHONN Intermediate (proof required).
• Willingness to float between units and take on-call shifts as needed.
• Experience with Epic charting and electronic fetal monitoring.
• Previous charge experience and community hospital experience preferred.
