Qualifications

• State License Compact licenses are allowed. License must be in hand at time of application.
• Certifications BLS (AHA). Willing to obtain allowed for BLS (AHA).
• Certifications NRP. Willing to obtain allowed for NRP.
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Labor & Delivery in last 3 years.
• Skills Assessment LAD skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• References 1 Charge RN reference within the last 370 days.
• Additional Confirmations I have submitted all time off requests. I am aware that I cannot make additional requests after submission.
• Additional Confirmations I confirm I have all of the following experience: 2 years of experience in OB with L&D experience.
• COVID Vaccine Medical and religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.
• Travel Contract Local contracts within 50.0 miles not accepted.
