Registered Nurse- Labor and Delivery (Night Shift)
Location: Beverly, MA, 01915
Duration: 13-weeks
Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Nights)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Pay Rate: Local- $2,520 - Travel- $2,808; Depending on experience (negotiable)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to laboring patients, including monitoring maternal and fetal well-being.
- Assist physicians and certified nurse midwives with deliveries and obstetric procedures.
- Administer medications and manage pain relief interventions, including epidurals and IV medications.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
- Perform fetal monitoring, interpret data, and respond appropriately to abnormalities.
- Support patients and families with education and emotional guidance throughout the birthing process.
- Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, nursing standards, and professional best practices.
- Respond quickly and effectively to obstetric emergencies.
- Provide postpartum care immediately following delivery.
- Current and active Massachusetts RN license (required).
- Minimum of 1-2 year of recent Labor and Delivery nursing experience (required).
- Current BLS and NRP certifications (required).
- ACLS certification (preferred).
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
- 5+ years of recent Labor & Delivery (L&D) experience preferred
- EPIC EMR experience required
- OR comfortability highly preferred
- Local and Travel candidates accepted.
