Senior Manager, Learning Delivery

Job Description:

• Leads and develops the Delivery Team.
• Responsible for successful execution of in-person and virtual learning initiatives.
• Manages creation, implementation and execution of program initiatives.
• Create and maintain relevant content for field and SSC associates.
• Expected to explore and integrate emerging technologies for improved learning delivery.

Requirements:

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Supervisory/Management experience and three to five years of learning experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage emerging technologies (e.g., AI, automation, digital learning platforms).
• Proven track record of solution-oriented thinking.
• An open-minded mindset with a willingness to challenge the status quo.
• Must pass the Drug Test.
• Must pass Background Check.
